Monitor and operate the CCTV and assist with client requests at our prestigious client sites on the Gold Coast.- Permanent Full time Opportunity | $28.00 + applicable penalties- Superannuation and 5 weeks annual leave- Sign on bonus - negotiable based on experience & skills- Join an Employer of Choice and one of Australia's leading Security Providers

About the Role

The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will also build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Monitor and operate CCTV and radio communications system- Liaise with Police and Emergency Response Services- Monitor and operate access control system- Process camera footage requests as per clients procedures- Respond to customer and staff after hour calls- Maintain security measures to prevent unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, destruction or accidental loss of recorded information- Assist client as required in the management of emergency situations- Undertake daily maintenance checks on all cameras and communication equipment

Skills & Experience- Certificate II in Security Operations- QLD Security Licence - Unarmed Security Officer and Monitoring Security Officer- Current First Aid and CPR certificate- Current Drivers Licence-
- Have unrestricted availability to work on a 24/7 roster
