Ict Trainer

Now We are looking for a skilled and experienced ICT Trainer to join our excellent team.

Your role will be to assess ICT training requirements of our business. You will also be required to:
1) Analyse and evaluate information-based system training needs and objectives, and develop, schedule and conduct ICT-based system training programs and courses for staff throughout our stores.

2) Training staff in the use of software packages and information systems that are used in our company.

3) Design, coordinate, schedule and conduct ICT training and development programs that can be delivered in the form of individual and group instruction, and facilitating workshops, meetings, demonstrations and conferences.

4) Liaising with external training providers to arrange delivery of specific training and development programs.

5) Run specialist training in information systems and databases that are unique to our business.

6) Resourcing point for issues regarding use of the software packages and information systems for the training that is to be provided.

7) Responsible for the production of written manuals and user guides and as our software packages and information systems are upgraded the ICT trainer will be required to review and update course content and update written materials to reflect these upgrades.

8) Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs being carried out, using surveys, questionnaires, interviews and observation, in order to plan future courses or to amend existing ones.

9) Monitoring and performing ongoing evaluation and assessment of training quality and effectiveness, and reviewing and modifying training objectives, methods and course deliverables and;

Qualification required: Bachelor Degree in relevant area

Years of experience required: At least 5 years working experience in telecommunication industry

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $79,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
