**About the Role**
We’re after a skilled concreter who’s confident with site prep, formwork and slab work. You’ll play a key role in prepping and pouring shed slabs, driveways, and more. While concreting is your main game, we’d love someone who can jump in and lend a hand on other building jobs when needed.

**What the Role Involves**
- Site preparation using bobcat and excavator
- Setting out and forming up shed slabs and other concrete jobs
- Pouring and finishing concrete
- Helping on-site between pours as needed
- Working within a team to deliver high-quality builds

**What You’ll Need to Succeed**
- Concreting experience (shed slabs or similar)
- White Card
- Excavation or machinery experience (a bonus, not essential)
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors
- Great work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable transport to Penrith or nearby pickup

**Job Types**: Full-time, Subcontract

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Excavator: 1 year (preferred)
- Concrete finishing: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)
