**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in all aspects of general dentistry, including surgical and restorative procedures
- Develop digital x-rays
- Prepare and maintain dental equipment and instruments
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and operatories
- Educate patients on postoperative care and maintenance of implants
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with ADA regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive, professional demeanor

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in dental assisting
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and procedures
- Proficient in taking and developing digital x-rays and impressions
- Familiarity with dental software and electronic health records
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be a team player and committed to providing excellent patient care

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Burpengary, QLD 4505: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Dental assistance: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
