**About Us**:
Safety Training Solution is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO#40590) committed to delivering high-quality, nationally recognised training. We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified First Aid Trainer/Assessor to join our team and deliver engaging, compliant, and industry-relevant training.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver nationally recognised first aid units such as HLTAID009, HLTAID010, HLTAID011, and HLTAID012 in accordance with RTO standards.
- Prepare, deliver, and assess training sessions following the provided training and assessment strategies.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with ASQA and organisational requirements.
- Support students throughout their learning journey and provide constructive feedback.
- Participate in validation, moderation, and continuous improvement activities.

**Requirements**:

- Current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
- Current qualification in the relevant first aid units you will deliver.
- Current First Aid certificate and industry currency.
- Experience delivering First Aid and CPR training (preferred).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Expected hours: 4 - 16 per week

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)
