Storeperson/forklift Driver

Are you an experienced Storeperson with proficiency in operating forklifts? Our client, based in Dingley, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team. As a Storeperson, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, organizing stock, and ensuring timely deliveries within the warehouse environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely and efficiently operate forklifts to move and stack materials.
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming goods.
- Accurately record and maintain inventory levels.
- Organize and maintain warehouse space.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including packaging and labeling.
- Perform regular stock checks and report any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a Storeperson or similar role.
- Valid forklift license and demonstrated proficiency in operating forklifts.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Physically fit
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual, Temp to perm

**Salary**: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Forklift: 1 year (preferred)
