**The Role**

This position operates within the People function at the Support Office, Riverwood. In this role, you will work closely with the Operations team to provide support, assistance and advice to Franchisees and Managers across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia on all matters pertaining to Human Resources, Recruitment and Communications.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Updating and implementing HR policies and procedures;
- Advising Managers and Franchisees on all employee relations matters;
- Interpreting award entitlements and relevant employment legislation;
- Coaching and assisting Franchisees in performance management processes;
- Managing and maintaining employee records through the HR Information System;
- End to end recruitment including advertising, screening of resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews and coordination pre-employment checks; and
- Providing support for HR projects as required.
- Maintain Franchisee Development Programs & Induction Programs including using an online platform
- Work with Payroll and Workers Compensation Insurers on Workers Compensation processes
- Manage and update spreadsheets
- Perform other related duties as assigned

**Salary**: $75,000.00 per year
