As a **Roster Coordinator, **you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's well-being, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.
You will enjoy working within our Ram Care social model of aging well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our clienbts in the community.
What does your new role look like?
- Providing a range of administrative functions
- Managing and confirming our weekly, fortnightly and monthly rosters
- Maintaining client and staff database/records
- Providing efficient, friendly and professional service to all internal/external customers
**About You**
Above all, you will align to our **Values of Bold, Warm, and Honest**. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your customers.
Does this sound like you?
- Previous Rostering Experience
- Experiance as a carer in the community will be beneficial
- Excellent communication skills with a passion to put customers first
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
- Previous reception experience in a fast paced environment desirable.
- Background in Retirement Living, Aged Care or Health Services beneficial
- A flexible and team orientated approach
- A driver's licence and access to a reliable car
**Job Types**: Casual, Part-time
**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Shift work
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Springwood, QLD 4127: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
