**Full Job Description**

**$27-$35per/hr (depending on experience)**

Our cafe offers specialty coffee & all-day breakfast & lunch and is looking for a casual experienced, passionate leader to join our team. You'll be working closely with a small friendly group. Commitment to maintaining a friendly, kind and relaxed working environment is a must Collectively we're motivated to provide a simple but quality menu and a warm, respectful and fun atmosphere. Monday to Friday shifts only (no weekend work required, may be opportunities to work weekends in the future).

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience managing a cafe is essential.

*Barista skills would be preferable
- Trustworthy and committed to maintaining quality service to our loyal and friendly customer base.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $21.35 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- HELENSBURGH, NSW 2508: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
