**About the Organisation**

Due to increase in project requirements, an opportunity has arisen for a
**Medical Science Liaison Officer **to work cross functionally & build sound relationships with key external medical experts
**(EEs) **&
**identify **medical & scientific needs through an in-depth understanding of the therapy area.

**About the Opportunity**
- Engage & build sound relationships with External Medical Experts in the designated field identifying medical & scientific needs.
- Drive & support key medical projects & expand therapeutic concepts ensuring quality use of products.
- Communicate & partner with scientific & medical community to identify & implement scientific programs aligned with the Brand Strategy.
- Collaborate cross functionally with Brand Team to develop & execute strategic medical & scientific plans aligned with business objectives.
- Develop & maintain extensive knowledge of the designated therapeutic area.
- Effectively liaise with key internal & external medical experts to design, develop & implement key scientific projects.

**About You**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Pharmacology, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biosciences, Public Health or Epidemiology.
- Specific experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry within a MSL capacity.
- Sound therapeutic & scientific knowledge & the ability to interpret scientific data.
- Experience in Hepatology therapy area is highly desirable.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal & communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, influencing & leadership skills.
- Sound business acumen skills & strategic mindset.
- Ability to work independently & build sound external relationships.
