**Dental/Medical Receptionist**

Our clinic offers all forms of general Dental treatments from basic to higher level invisalign orthodontics, cosmetic work, implant surgery and more.

Your role will predominantly be receptioning duties with some sterilisation (cleaning medical equipments with training provided) duties. No Chair-side assisting is required but if it is of interest then we are happy to train you for this skill set.
- Front Desk duties
- Checking patients in and out
- Processing eftpos and single swipe-health fund payments
- Booking appointments
- Scan documents
- Dental sterilisation procedures (training given)
- General office cleaning
- Attend team meetings
- Discuss your ideas and share your suggestions to improve how we can provide better care for our patients
- Communicate clearly and succinctly

**Hours**:

- Monday - Friday 8:45AM - 6:00PM
- Some Saturday Casual work available

**Restrictions**
- Must pass police check
- Must be eligible to work in Australia and have a tax file number

**Salary**: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Preston, VIC 3072: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Dental reception: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
