Our client is a Global Luxury Retail Group that operates 3 Brands that cover the full spectrum of fashion luxury categories.

**About the role**
You will assist with the establishment and continuous development of the store team as well as optimised management of store image, product and operations.
- Full-time role based in Chadstone
- Business Development - with a focus on key business strategy
- Team Management - motivating and developing the team
- Client Management - build relationships with our clientele
- Customer Relationship Management - Manage customer database and in-store promotional events
- Store Management - including housekeeping, inventory management, visual merchandising

**Skills & experience**
- 2+ years of experience in retail management - premium/luxury experience is preferred
- Understanding of clienteling
- Understanding of speciality retail, including business development, visual merchandising and store operations
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong relationship skills and ability to maintain long-term client relationships
