Then care with us. Motus Health & Performance is looking for a brilliant Exercise Physiologist who really cares about improving people's lives.

Motus is an allied health practice based in 3000 sqm of epic gym space in Chocolate Box Training on the Northern Beaches. Together, Motus and Chocolate Box help to improve the lives of athletes, surfers, gym rats and gen pop while specialising in women's health, NDIS and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

Motus isn’t an ordinary physio and EP team, we're the best physio and EP team and we're excited to bring a new full timer whose care for care matches ours.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Management of client load with interest areas of growth for women’s health, NDIS & musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
- Involvement in return to play rehabilitation and return to play testing.
- Management of 1:1 client load and assistance in group exercise rehab when required.
- Communication with external stakeholders involved in patient care, including timely completion of clinical records.
- Have experience working in a multi disciplinary team environment.
- Have a proven track record of successfully managing women’s health, NDIS and musculoskeletal case loads.
- Be able to appropriately interpret assessment data to make informed decision making about patient outcomes.
- Have a wide knowledge of exercise prescription in both a strength & conditioning & rehabilitation context.
- Be passionate about what they do, not take themselves too seriously and be a team player able to work with the wider Motus & Chocolate Box Training team.

**Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate or Post graduate degree in Exercise Physiology (essential)
- Current Registration with ESSA
- Degree in Exercise Science (desirable)
- ASCA level 2 accreditation (desirable)
- Valid First Aid and CPR
- Valid Working with Children Check
