- $40 ph, plus Super (Day) $43.75 ph plus Super (Night)
**About**:
Our client is an environmentally friendly waste disposal and recycling plant based in Wantirna South. They work closely with the local council and service Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. Importantly, they are a family owned and operated business, where their people first mindset is present in their low staff turnover rates.
**The role**
Some would (I do) call this the best role in Melbourne for HC Drivers **Great Company, Easy Job, High Pay Rate**
**Responsibilities**
- Conducting daily pre-checks on the vehicle
- Delivering pre-loaded hard rubbish to western suburbs processing plant
- Correctly completing basic documentation
- Operating the vehicle in a safe manner & complying with company safety policies
- Taking pride in keeping the truck clean and sweep out at end of shift.
To be Successful:
- HC drivers’ licence (essential)
- 2 Years’ HC driving experience.
- Second to none, attendance record
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- Excavator licence would be a bonus (not essential)
- Strong commitment to safety, health & environmental responsibilities
- Willing to undertake in random Drug & Alcohol testing
