**About the Role**
- Full time Permanent Position
- Classification: Corporate Support Services Level 4 with a salary range of $88,850 - $92,865 per annum + Superannuation
- Location: Head Office, Preston VIC 3082

**Overview of the position**

The primary focus of the Executive Assistant and Board Secretary role is to provide support and assistance to the Governance and Assurance Network, including Board administration, research, writing, contract management and other administrative tasks.

The Executive Assistant and Board Secretary must maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive organisational information and when dealing with internal and external stakeholders. The ability to be diplomatic, flexible in your approach and adaptable to changing environments will keep you in good stead.

The Executive Assistant and Board Secretary will also work with, and be supported by, the team of head office Executive Assistants, including participating in regular community of practice/shared learnings meetings.

**What will you bring to the role?**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role. Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a wide variety of non-legal audiences (Senior Management, service delivery staff, Head Office departments, the Board).
- A willingness to show high motivation to establish priorities, set and maintain deadlines, and juggle changing priorities, with a demonstrated ability to use initiative.
- Strong working knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office suite including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and a willingness to learn and use other software programmes

**Mandatory role requirements**:

- National Criminal History Check (Police check) - disclosable outcomes considered
- Current Drivers licence
- Australian Working Rights
