We are seeking a full-time/ part-time Delivery and Customer Service All-Rounder to provide support to our growing team in Geelong. This is a very rewarding role, that will give you the opportunity to engage with the community in a growth area such as aged care and disability. The role is quite varied as you will also be required to offer customer service support and keep an efficient warehousing system. This role has the opportunity to grow for the right person. Ultimately we intend to vary this position into a Service Technician role. Full training and development for this position will be provided.

Responsibilities include:

- Delivering and collecting equipment
- Providing excellent customer service to walk-in customers
- Managing appointments and general calendar management
- Maintaining a highly organised warehousing system
- Preventative maintenance, diagnosis of technical issues, sourcing spare parts & repair
- Prepare and follow up quotes for repairs
- Liaise with customers, service coordinators, field technicians, workshop technicians and other internal departments to get the best outcomes for our customers

Essential Criteria
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to problem solve, work autonomously & as part of a team
- Good interpersonal communication & presentation
- Competent IT user
- Logging appropriate notes & information within the internal IT system
- Set up equipment, as requested by sales staff
- Current full Australian Driver's License
- National Police Check, Working with Children's check and NDIS Worker Check (or willing to obtain)
- Covid-19 Vaccination (including Booster) or Medical Exemption
- Flu Vaccination
- Willingness to learn:
- Basic warehouse/workshop management
- Spare parts inventory management
- Product knowledge
- Servicing equipment
