**About the Role**:
An exciting opportunity is presented to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as an Administration Officer within the Aged Care, Rehabilitation and Palliative Care Division.

As an Administration Officer - Palliative Care, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operations of our palliative care services. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing administrative support to the palliative care team, ensuring efficient workflow and timely communication.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Coordinating appointments, managing schedules, and facilitating communication between patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Contributing to the creation and maintenance of a welcoming and supportive environment for patients and their loved ones.

- National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups required for this position (E.g. aged care employment or work involving vulnerable clients)

**Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category B (indirect contact with blood or body substances)**
