**About the role**:
We are seeking an experienced Residential Care Coordinator with a knowledge of contemporary practices in the disability sector who is keen to take on a dynamic leadership role in a rewarding, vibrant and growing industry.
- Knowledge and experience in implementing client behaviour support plans is essential.
- To lead a team of direct support staff and their supervisors.
- Be responsible for delivering high-quality support services for complex and residential care while overseeing and supporting team members
- Managing residential operations needs
- Must have a great stakeholder management skills
- Getting client outcomes
- Leading processes that place our clients at the centre of support provision, ensuring we are creating great client experiences
- Experience planning and leading high-quality support services, and have a positive solution-focused attitude and approach
- An open-minded approach to supporting children and adults with complex needs, developmental delays and various cultural backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- High-level decision-making and critical thinking skills
- Experience and skills in leading high-performing teams, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Lead by example and have the ability to support and upskill individuals to gain confidence in their personal care abilities.
- **Proven experience working within a residential care environment**:

- Demonstrated experience in operational aspects of disability support service delivery including knowledge of compliance, standards and processes
- A passion for the client experience; ensuring we are empowering and encouraging our clients to lead their best lives.

**To commence in this role you will need**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current Driver’s Licence - willingness to travel
- Proof of 3rd/Booster COVID-19 Vaccination

**Remuneration**:

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
