We are seeking for a dynamic and results driven **Recruitment Consultant (Reverse Marketer)** to join our team and help us manage recruitment activities for employers and secure employment outcomes for participants. This is an onsite position based at our** Footscray** site with travel required around sites and within the community.

As a **Recruitment Consultant in Employment Services** program, you will focus on developing strong stakeholder relationships. Your role will involve maximising placements using direct recruitment and pre-employment methods to secure sustainable employment outcomes.

Day
- to-day responsibilities will include:

- Canvassing and cold calling employers to source vacancies and employment opportunities for existing caseloads.
- Managing employer vacancies, including ascertaining employer needs, promoting available opportunities to internal stakeholders, conducting pre-screening activities, and referring and placing suitable participants.
- Reverse market participants to employers and broker opportunities for participants to achieve sustainable employment outcomes.
- Negotiate employment opportunities utilising wage subsidies and other available initiatives to support and sustain long term employment.
- Provide thorough Post Placement Support to employers by maintaining the prescribed contact regime to maximise employment outcomes and maintain positive employer relationships.

**About You**
- The ability to confidently and effectively cold canvass employers and reverse market participants
- The ability to develop relationships with employers and relevant stakeholders.
- Time management, organisational skills and the ability to plan and prioritise to achieve outcomes.
- Interpersonal conflict resolution and negotiation skills along with the ability to identify innovative and lateral solutions to problems.

**For this role, you will need to**:

- Be willing to complete a Working with Children Check and National Police Check
- Be eligible to work in Australia
