**Duties and responsibilities**

As a dedicated Support Worker at Essential Nursing and Disability Services, your tasks and responsibilities will include:

- Assisting clients with personal care and manual handling; including showering and bowel care.
- Medication assistance
- Community Access: social activities, grocery shopping, appointments
- Supporting clients with complex and/or challenging needs.
- Monitoring the well-being of clients reporting and documenting on their progress.
- Attending training as required.
- Available to work a range of day and sleep shift

**Qualification**
- Certificate III, IV or similar qualification in aged care or community
- Experience supporting clients with challenging behaviours
- Working rights within Australia
- Evidence of flu vaccination
- NDIS check clearance (willing to obtain)
- Current WWCH
- Australian driving license and car insurance
- Evidence of COVID-19 Vaccination

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 9 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotating roster

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Work Location: In person
