Gym Receptionist

Gracie Barra is looking for a team member at Wetherill Park. The positions available are casual part time - primarily PM hours, perfect for someone studying.

The School Receptionist is the smiling face of the school managing core administrative tasks, looking after members, an enrolment specialist attracting and signing new members. It is your role to ensure that the school operates professionally and at a high level every day.

**Some other responsibilities include**:

- Manage the front desk - first communication point for all members and parents
- Inventory management and control-uniform, general stock
- Social media communication strategy, management and implementation
- Meet membership KPI’s with incentives offered once KPI’s reached
- Maintain membership database and PaySmart software
- Sales
- follow leads, create leads and sign new members
- Drive new member integration experience by prescribing relevant school protocols
- Maintain strong relationship with new and existing members to increase the membership referrals
- General floor duties
- assisting as required
- Staff rostering
- Staying on top of maintenance & current hygiene standards
- Marketing strategy and implementation
- Speedy communication
- Weekly reporting

You will be responsible for attracting new members into the club through referrals and lead generation.

You will also ideally need to have excellent knowledge about gym exercise/equipment, have a friendly, outgoing personality and genuinely care about helping others as well as be comfortable in sales processes both face to face and via telephone.

**Required experience, qualifications**:
Must currently reside in Australia and have applicable work permit

First Aid Certificate

Police Check

Willingness to complete Gracie Barra ICP online learning
