This role has opened due to the retirement of a well loved team member who’s been with us for 18 years. We’re seeking a caring, passionate Early Childhood Educator to join us. This position allows you to focus on what you love most - nurturing and engaging with children - without being weighed down by excessive paperwork. We are a boutique, owner-operated early childhood service nestled on the beautiful Northern Beaches of Sydney, easily accessible by public transport. For 16 years, we’ve fostered a warm and welcoming environment, close-knit, long-standing team, community connections, and our passion for creating holistic, natural learning spaces for children. With zero staff turnover and a team of 15 professionals who have been with us from the beginning, our service truly stands apart.

**About You**
You love to learn, passionate about child development, advocate for Children and want to be part of a supportive, dedicated team. You hold (or are working towards) a Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services (or working towards)and have a current Working With Children Check. Most importantly, you’re ready to embrace work-life balance while working in an environment that values community and continuity.

**How to Apply**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $44,888.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
