PrixCar Services is an automotive logistics company specialising in Vehicle Transport, Vehicle Processing and Storage, Fleet Conversions and Dealer Vehicle Storage.

Over the last 35 years we have grown to offer a wide range of specialised services including damage surveys, paint & panel rectifications, vehicle build ups including fleet conversions, vehicle storage, PDI services, detailing, vehicle registrations, and vehicle transport. With more than 25 depots across Australia, we are ideally positioned to provide exceptional vehicle transport services to both individuals and OEM customers.

We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Automotive Storeperson to join our Port of Brisbane team. The main function of this role is to receive, maintain and issue store items in line with company policies and operate at a level of quality that exceeds customer expectations. This role is suitable for someone who has automotive stores knowledge and can interpret automotive parts.

**What you will do**:

- Receive all Automotive inwards goods delivered to the site
- Automotive parts interpreting for Panel and Build Teams; reading and interpreting various OEM systems.
- Maintain the inventory control system and perform stock takes when required
- Be accountable for inspecting & checking materials for damage
- Handle and store hazardous materials in compliance with company and other legal requirements
- Issue automotive parts, materials and tools to vehicle build staff
- Return defective parts to suppliers or customers and follow up for disposition of quarantined items
- Maintain the quarantine log and use the Purchase Order book to order goods as required
- Control all paperwork associated with the store operation

**What you will bring**:

- Unrestricted and Full-working rights in Australia is mandatory
- Manual Driver’s Licence
- Forklift Licence and experience in using Forklift
- Intermediate Computer skills
- People person with a 'can do' attitude who is passionate, energetic and shows initiative
- Organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Doesn't mind working autonomously as well as in a team

**Nice to have**:

- Experience in the Automotive Stores role and Parts interpretation an advantage
