Our ability to deliver outstanding results is a result of the exceptional talent within the business and we are currently looking to strengthen our team of dedicated and driven professionals with the introduction of a **CNC/Beamline Operator - Nightshift** to work on our new Voortman machine at our Hope Valley facility.

**Core operational responsibilities will include**:

- Ensuring jobs are programmed accurately, efficiently and effectively to meet production schedule.
- Utilising the correct programmes when operating the Voortman machine.
- Ensuring steel is correctly loaded and unloaded onto the machine.
- Ensuring cutting and drilling tools are changed when required to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Effectively communicating with the Project Team and Workshop Supervision to determine work scope, liaise on progress and ensure production schedules are achieved.
- Conducting routine maintenance tasks to ensure the machine performs at maximum capacity.
- Leading a safe working culture, actively promoting safety awareness, safe working practices and compliance with safety management plans.

**What you will need**:

- Experience operating CNC Cutting Machines, Voortman experience is highly desirable
- Previous experience of programming and operating within a fabrication environment.
- Forklift Ticket - essential
- Overhead Crane experience and/or ticket essential.
- Strong communication skills
