**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable Security Guards to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in dynamic settings and are passionate about maintaining safety and security in nightlife venues. As a Security Guard with Guardworx, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of both guests and staff, and upholding the reputation of our client venues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Monitoring Premises**: Conduct regular patrols of assigned venues, ensuring all areas are secure and free from potential threats.
- **Crowd Management**: Manage and direct crowds effectively, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Handle conflicts and disturbances with professionalism and tact, utilizing de-escalation techniques when necessary.
- **Incident Reporting**: Maintain accurate logs of incidents and activities, promptly reporting any security concerns or breaches to management.
- **Compliance Checks**: Ensure all venues comply with local laws and regulations, including RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) requirements.
- **Emergency Response**: Be prepared to respond swiftly and effectively to emergency situations, providing first aid if needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Licenses**: Valid NSW Security License, RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol), and First Aid certification are mandatory.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in security or crowd management is highly desirable but not essential. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn are key
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of people.
- **Physical Fitness**: Ability to stand for extended periods and respond quickly to incidents.
- **Team Player**: Work collaboratively with fellow security staff and venue management to ensure seamless operations.
