Our Perth office has an exciting opportunity for a proactive, initiative-driven Practice Assistant to join our team.

About the role

This role offers the chance take initiative and anticipate the needs of the team, leveraging your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to stay one step ahead. Daily tasks will vary but will involve legal document management, client relations, financial administration, file management, diary management, travel coordination, and general administrative support.

What experience are we looking for?
- Minimum of 2 years in a legal support role (such as Legal Assistant, Practice Assistant, Legal Executive or Legal Secretary)
- Sound knowledge of the monthly billing process in a legal environment - experience with Elite highly regarded
- Typing speed of 70+ wpm
- Advanced knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, choosing an appropriate style for their audience
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
