**About the Role**:
Join us as an Apprentice and gain specialised hands-on experience within an innovative modular building environment while completing your nationally recognised training. As a Carpentry Apprentice, you will gain practical experience, develop key skills, and receive full support to grow within the modular construction industry.
- Assist in manufacturing and assembling modular buildings using modern techniques.
- Develop practical skills working alongside experienced tradespeople in a factory environment.
- Complete formal off-the-job training with registered training organisations.
- Follow all Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and complete relevant induction training.
- Take instruction effectively and perform general labour tasks as required.
- Maintain good attendance, reliability, and contribute positively to a team-focused culture of quality and safety.

We will begin making apprenticeship offers to suitable applicants for a start in November 2025, or January 2026 to accommodate school leavers.
