We currently have an opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as **Recruitment Advisor** within our **Southern Gold Coast**region.

**The Role - A Day in the Life of a Recruitment Advisor**

As a Recruitment Advisor you will be responsible for building relationships with local businesses and brokering opportunities for our customers (whether that’s an apprenticeship or a work opportunity). If you are the type of person who can strike up a conversation with anyone and build positive, long-standing working relationships, then we want to hear from you

**Your Key Responsibilities will include;**
- Providing high level personalised support and service to our customers
- Actively promoting ETC’s services to local industry, employers and jobseekers
- Seeking opportunities to increase business opportunities through employment and training
- Achieve agreed objectives and targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers and industry to understand and respond to employer needs within the local labour market

**Criteria for Success**
- Customer service skills and/or experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- A high level of computer literacy
- Ability to meet monthly KPI targets
- A passion for helping others
- A current, clear National Police Check
- A current Working With Children Check / QLD Blue Card
