**About the Team**

Network Operations is a division of Transport Services and is responsible for enabling DoT to effectively plan, deliver and maintain a safe, resilient and fit-for-purpose Victorian transport system through trusted, systematic and disciplined technical excellence.

**About You**
- A tertiary qualification in engineering.
- Structural Engineering Knowledge** -** Applies specialist knowledge to shape engineering outcomes in the area of structural engineering practice; Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to support business cases and accurately specify the optimal functionality of a required product, project, process or system.
- Project Delivery Experience** -** Translates strategies into programs or projects that enables achievement of outcomes require; Defines governance e.g. success measures, roles and responsibilities, progress monitoring) required to manage risks and maximise probability of success.
- Stakeholder Management Skills** -** Identifies and manages a range of complex and often competing needs; Facilitates innovative solutions to resolve stakeholder issues.
- People Management Experience** -** Holds self and team accountable to public sector values and agreed performance standards; Supports achievement of outcomes by anticipating and resolving issues.
