PLC is a leading ELC to Year 12 Christian independent day and boarding school with a focus on the development of the whole person that includes an outstanding academic tradition, an international outlook and strong pastoral and co-curricular programs.

The School’s ELC provides exceptional early childhood programs for children from 6 months to school age. The Early Learning Centre operates for 48 weeks each year, closing for 4 weeks during the Christmas vacation.

**The Role**

This is a role for an individual who is keen to explore their skills in an environment focused on young people’s health and wellbeing.

On offer is a part-time (0.36 FTE) permanent role, working 2.75 hours each day across Monday to Friday within our ELC and Health Centre.

Primary duties will involve supporting our ELC Kitchen Hand / Cook, such as cleaning, tidying, serving meals, maintaining kitchen equipment and providing a safe and happy kitchen and dining environment for the children in our care.

The role will also involve providing daily 30 minute lunch cover for our onsite School Nurse, meaning the incumbent will require a current First Aid certification.
