We're a menswear brand looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our Perth Airport DFO Store.- There is an opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager or Senior Casual that has the ability to lead and inspire a sales team with the drive for development.-
- A genuine love for styling and sales coaching- Proven success in a Sales/Styling environment, preferably fashion- A keen interest in fashion trends- Competitive spirit & motivated by team development- Ability to coach and lead a team to become great sellers- Great time management & able to prioritize and multi-task- Ambitious, currently in a high level management role and wanting to further your development. (preferred)- Proven experience in building a local customer base and working within the community (preferred)- Previous experience working with traffic counters and conversion results (preferred)- At yd. we are passionate about our people and will offer you:
