**About the role**

Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will play an important role in driving transformational change through the organisation and finance function, influencing business performance, ensuring high quality information to support key decision marking, and delivering on ambitious growth targets. You will also be responsible for driving process improvement and operational performance by challenging the status quo and identifying and executing on opportunities for greater efficiency and quality of management information, budgeting and forecasting processes, and maintaining a high performance culture.

**Duties**
Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- Provide support in the development of annual budgets for presentation at the Finance, Audit & Risk Committee and Board.
- Accurate and timely preparation and submission of monthly management reports including monthly reforecasts.
- Prepare monthly consolidated management accounts, including Income Statement, Analysis Report, Cashflow and Capex Report.
- Adhoc analysis and support to Head of Finance and CFO.
- Finance partner support to General Managers.
- Finance support to retail and development team.
- Prepare billings and account for all revenue, including management fee calculations.
- Update revenue models and support deliverables with customers
- Update valuation models.
- Update ERP with all forecasts and budgets changes.
- Provide support to the overall ERP implementation as required.

**Skills and Experience**

You are a CA/CPA qualified finance professional with a strong track record in analyst or commerical roles focused on driving business performance and transformation in either a bespoke boutique business or large complex corporate environment. You have demonstrable expertise in delivering on outcomes, working as part and within high performing teams, and being goal oriented (read rolling up your sleeves and getting hands on). You are a commercial and big picture thinker, who is proactive in monitoring trends and identifying opportunities, developing and executing plans to maximise financial performance and ensure ongoing improvement of processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
