We are seeking a Process Operator for our Enfield feed mill. This is a full-time, permanent role, reporting to the Feed Mill Manager.
This is an entry-level role which, with further training and experience, will evolve into a more senior Operator position, with the capability to cover all operational duties within the mill.

**Your responsibilities will be**:

- Basic stocktaking and recording
- Sample taking and basic monitoring
- Documenting scheduled maintenance of equipment
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Stock rotation
- Housekeeping to ensure a clean and tidy workspace

The role operates on a rotating, 12-hour shift pattern. There are physical requirements for sustained standing, repetitive walking, lifting up to 25kg, reaching overhead and working at heights.

What are we looking for?
To get started in this role, you will need a basic understanding of manual handling, a commitment to creating a safe working environment for yourself and others, a positive attitude and an appetite to learn.
Some previous experience working in an industrial setting, operating a forklift, basic knowledge of production flow and food safety processes would be valuable but is not necessary.
This role is open to Australian Permanent Residents with full working rights.
