**The Opportunity**
- MinRes Mind Matters Team is expanding, be part of our internal mental health department that offers the unique opportunity to engage with employees across MinRes sites, promoting good mental health and self-care through the provision of mental health resources.
- At MinRes, we prioritise mental health just as much as physical well-being, we are seeking multiple passionate Mental Health Clinicians who are committed to making a real impact on employee well-being.
- The Roster:

- Hybrid FIFO: Perth-based with FIFO travel to site on a 4:3 / 4:3 rotation, what this looks like? Well, 4 days spent in Perth with the team, RnR for 3 days, off to site for 4 then back for 3 days RnR and repeat.

Key responsibilities:

- Deliver evidence-based interventions for employees facing challenges like stress, grief, anxiety, burnout, and low mood.
- Conduct mental health risk assessments, including suicide risk evaluations.
- Manage a caseload of up to 25 active clients (1.0 FTE).
- Provide in-person & telehealth consultations.
- Collaborate with Emergency Services, Medics, Health & Wellbeing Advisors, and Gym Staff as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Lead mental health education and psychosocial wellbeing initiatives (e.g., pre-start talks, workshops, mindfulness sessions).
- Contribute to quality improvement & mental health research.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Registered Psychologist or master’s in counselling
- Membership with APS, ACA, AHPRA, or PACFA
- 2+ years’ experience in mental health
- Suicide risk assessment experience
- Strong communication, problem-solving & teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs
- National Police Clearance
- Insurance (Malpractice, Public & Products Liability)
- C-Class Driver’s Licence desirable
