Farmhand

We are currently seeking an experienced Farmhand with our client at Warwick (The Hermitage). This role offers up to 16 hours a week to support and manage the day-to-day operations.

**About the Role**:
The position may involve the following:

- Land preparation and irrigation installation
- Complete and support operation, adjustment and calibration of plant and equipment
- Demonstrate initiative and complete tasks and activities to a high standard
- Work independently and as part of a small team
- Maintenance and service of equipment and premises
- Follow OH&S guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Full Australian Working rights
- Experience in farming (or field crop research)
- Up to date COVID Vaccination
- Complete a National Police check and 2 references

Ideally, you hold some of the following (desirable):

- Current HR class drivers license
- Hold/Ability to obtain ChemCert accreditation
- Experience operating farm machinery, GPS guidance systems and PTO attachments

**The Farm Hand position is offered on a 12 month contract, 16 hours a week ($37.50/hr) with potential for extension.
