**About the role**:
Reporting to the Operations Trading Manager, you’ll be responsible for the customer experience at the front end of the store. You'll combine your passion to lead teams with building a culture of operational excellent by guiding our service team members on a day-to-day basis, allocating tasks, providing POS and customer service training.

**About you and your skills**:

- Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer facing environment
- Proven leadership experience as you’ll need to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements
- Able to maintain excellent service standards, keeping the POS area clean and safe for our team and customers
- To drive a one team culture which puts our team members health, safety and wellbeing first
- To be customer obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers to ensure we’re always provide an outstanding shopping experience
