Our client is a leader in the design and construction industry, recognised for their commitment to safety and operational excellence. They are seeking an exceptional HSE Manager to join their well-established team and ensure compliance with regulatory and company health and safety expectations on construction sites.
This role involves managing risks and fostering a culture of safety across all operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support team members and site workers in risk mitigation and hazard identification.
- Deliver toolbox meetings, conduct site inductions, and perform work-in-progress inspections.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Senior Management on safety training and WHSE information.
- Assist the return-to-work coordinator and subcontractors in developing effective return-to-work plans for injured workers.
- Serve as the key representative for site audits and maintenance of safety and quality systems.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Certificate IV in OHS/WHS.
- Minimum of 5 years of operational experience in an active HSE advisory role. Strong technical written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with Project Managers and subcontractors.
- In-depth knowledge of the WH&S Act, Regulations, Codes of Practice in Australian Standards, and the construction industry.
- Ability to learn and coach others in the use of internal HSEQ systems.

Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and Certificate IV in Construction Environmental Management are desirable.
