- We have an exciting full-time position available for a
**Visual Design Supervisor** who will be responsible for the supervision and handling of all Visual Design requirements of the business. This will include and is not limited to the printing of content onto multiple type of media, designing, constructing, and installing promotional displays, installation of signage (vinyl) and input into creative projects/activations. This role will supervise and mentor a small team as well as work closely with key internal departments such as Marketing, Public Relations and Events.

**Key Responsibilities of the role include**:

- Manage onsite signage installations, maintenance, and removals
- Weekly reporting on current work schedule, project updates, upcoming work, involvement in activations and requests into the team
- Production, printing, installation, and removal of all requested static content
- Build effective relationships and liaise with external suppliers/vendors on regular basis
- Assist in creative process of promotional and event concepts by working with Business Units to interpret ideas into design
- Assist in the development of new and existing team members
- Provide sound leadership, motivation, and supervision of team with appropriate delegation of resources to ensure SLAs are achieved

**To be considered for this role you will be required to demonstrate the following**:

- 5 to 10 years of experience in an operational and or senior role
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of display construction, design, graphic design, large format printing (HP and Roland) and site dressing.
- Qualified Sign-writer, Printer, Graphic design or equivalent. WAAPA qualified or equivalent
- Construction/building trade qualification or equivalent desirable
- EWP Licence & working at heights license
