**Workshop Manager | Mercedes-Benz Sydney**

**About the role**:

- Supervise and lead a team of technicians
- Work with productivity and efficiencies of the team
- Ensure high-quality workmanship as per the Manufacturers guidelines
- Oversee service and repair operations
- Maintain a safe and efficient working environment
- Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex vehicle issues
- Hold toolbox talks to communicate effectively and strive for workplace safety

**About you**:

- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in an automotive workshop
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles or experience within the Premium sector highly regarded
- A commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
- A positive, can-do attitude and an excellent communicator
- Automotive qualifications & current driver’s licence
