**About The Role**

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Retail Salesperson to join our Dulux Trade team in Mornington, VIC team. This is a Full Time Permanent position, and our stores are open 6 days per week, so you'll need to be flexible to work some rostered Saturday morning. This fast paced and hands-on role will see you:

- Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained
- Cash handling / EFTPOS
- Accurately mix and tint paint
- Assist in maintaining stock levels

**Skills & Experience**

You’re confident with people, have great communication skills and can easily build strong relationships with peers, customers, and clients. You're able to demonstrate a level of physical ability to work with our paint and other heavy and bulky products in store at times. In addition, you will:

- Enjoy building relationships with customers and colleagues and have the ability to communicate effectively and clearly
- Have demonstrated experience in a customer facing role
- Retail/Trade sales experience would be highly desirable
