Biggera Waters, Australia Man Cave Workwear Full time

Man Cave Harbour Town is located at 147/189 Brisbane Road, Biggera Waters QLD 4216 and is looking for a Retail Manager /Assistant Store Manager.

Our business is operating from Monday to Saturday 9am to 5.30pm and Sunday 10am to 5pm. Due to this, we require someone available during these days and times.

You will work on a Sunday to Thursday roster.

**Key Responsibilities and Outcomes**
- Welcome and greet customers to the store
- Ascertain the customers needs and wants
- Help the customer by recommending and selecting and finding the right products, multiple or up selling is encouraged and expected resulting in maximizing Man Cave Workwear opportunities
- Store Maintenance, contribute in store duties and general maintenance ensuring a clean and tidy store environment
- Stock deliveries, all stock checked off invoice, priced and placed on shelves as soon as possible
- Ability to manage point of sale processes including register operation, receiving and processing cash or credit or other payments
- Ability to accurately provide change and receipts
- Ability to bag or package purchases made by customer
- Numeracy skills with regard to counting money sorting change and balancing cash registers till at end of shift
- Maintain knowledge of any changes in pricing of goods;
- Stock control, refilling carried out daily, windows changed as required, “Oddments” replenished or consolidated as directed and reserves orderly managed and stored
- Building customer loyalty and maximizing Sales Growth through exceptional customer service
- Assist to lead and motivate the stores team to achieve set targets and KPI’s
- Inventory control and managing loss prevention as delegated by Middle Manager

**OHS Responsibilities**
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory legislative; internal policies and procedures associated with the activities of their position;
- Supporting the business with managing compliance obligations in accordance with the company framework and operating procedures;
- All employees have a legal responsibility to assist Business Owners ensure overall safety of the store by adhering to health and safety policies, procedures and standards (as per Man Cave Workwear Health and Safety Policy).

**Work Experience / Key Requisites**
- Excellent customer service skills
- Extensive experience in managing a retail environment at least 2 years full time
- experience.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective verbal and listening communication skills
- Sound written communication skills
