Synergy Sleep is growing and looking for a highly motivated, caring person to join our small team on a casual basis for around 30 hours per week (no night shifts), with the potential for increased hours for the right person, as the business grows. Located 1 minute off the M1, Synergy Sleep services Logan, Gold Coast, and Brisbane for Home-based Sleep Study services and CPAP/APAP Sleep Therapy systems. We are focused on working together for healthier sleep and offering that "something extra" for patients in all stages of CPAP/APAP therapy and home base sleep studies. The successful applicants will be required to show: - Compassion - Attention to detail - Excellent phone manner - Professional appearance - Professional approach towards patients and colleagues - Proactive self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and within a team - Possess excellent time management, computer, administrative and database management skills - Have a desire to continually expand their knowledge in sleep and respiratory health Key duties will include: - Appointment Booking - Set up patients with sleep study equipment (training provided) - Monitoring therapy success via compliance reporting (training provided) - Set up patients on CPAP/APAP/ASV equipment (training provided) - House calls & mobile clinic - Cleaning CPAP equipment - General cleaning - Sales - General admin duties - Patient Support - Correspond with GPs, hospitals, and other specialists The successful applicant will have the following experience: - Working with patients in the health industry (highly regarded) - APAP/CPAP experience (desired but not necessary, training for the right applicants will be provided) - A qualification in Health/Science is an advantage Benefits of joining the Synergy Sleep team: - Flexible working conditions - Continuous on the job training - Opportunities to progress formal studies - Small, dedicated, and supportive team **Job Types**: Part-time, Casual **Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Schedule: - 8 hour shift **Education**: - High School (Year 9-11) (preferred) Work Authorisation: - Australia (required)
