Service Stream is ramping up to deliver some existing and new projects. With this comes an opportunity for experienced Civil Crew Leader / Foreman to join the team on projects across greater Melbourne region.

Service Stream is ramping up to deliver some existing and new projects. With this comes an opportunity for experienced Civil Crew Leader / Foreman to join the team on projects across greater Melbourne region.

You will bring with the following.
- Installing/pipe laying of drinking and recycled water mains.
- Ability to work on a sewer network advantageous
- Experience in the construction of large capital works projects.
- Maintain productive relationships, clearly communicating with crews, management, and other stakeholders.
- Plan, manage and leading teams, ensuring safety management, quality compliance, resource efficiency and reporting requirements.
- Ensuring internal and subcontract resources are appropriately inducted, trained & licensed.
- Safety leadership including management and review of SWMS, permits, procedures, toolbox, and daily prestart meetings.
- Reporting and monitoring of workplace hazards, risks, issues, and incidents
- Ensure all onsite activities comply with the relevant safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
- Sound understanding of all Occupational Health and Safety procedures

- Experience in managing crews and resources across the construction industry.
- Ability to deliver practical solutions with attention to the required detail.
- Licenses required, white card, HR license, Excavator and Loader license.
- Certificate III civil construction
- Further qualifications are advantageous.
