**About the role**:
In this newly created role, you will work closely with the Loyalty Merchandise Manager to provide operational support for rebel sport’s Member Engagement Commercial Strategy. The role will support delivery & execution of member engagement strategies by providing merchandise inputs to deliver relevant, personalised offers & experiences for the rebel active member base, to improve club growth, retention and increase frequency and ATV.

**Day to day, will include below (but not limited to)**:

- ** Sales & Financial Performance**:Assist in delivering sales, profit and agreed loyalty & merchandise deliverables
- ** Loyalty & Personalisation Operations**: Support development & execution of loyalty & personalisation strategies
- ** Trade Partner/Vendor Management**: Collaborate with Trade Partners to co-create loyalty benefits/product offers and assist in negotiation & management of Trade Partner funding to supplement rebel loyalty and personalisation activities
- ** Marketing & Advertising**: Work with CRM, marketing, online and visual merch teams to deliver engaging and successful campaigns both above the line and below the line, and ensuring promotional plans are implemented effectively

**About you**:

- Category management/buying experience within retail environment
- Exposure and a passion for marketing - particularly within the loyalty/CRM space
- High degree of interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical mindset
- Strong ability in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
