**The Role**:
Nominated Supervisor role | In charge for the day-to-day operations of the service

Well-established service with a supportive team already in place

Assistant Coordinator at the service who is Educational Leader

Opportunity for block Shifts and Split Shifts - perfect for that work/life balance

Above award Rate |
**$36 - $42** dependent on qualifications and experience + Super & Allowances

Administration Team to handle all enrolments and payments - more time to focus on the service

On the floor role with plenty of administration time

**The Service**:
The Service operates out of the school hall and is a set up/pack down service - different environment for the children each day

Overall Rating of Meeting the National Quality Standards

Excellent relationship with the school and community

Small Service | Licenced for 66 children | Average 45-55 children per afternoon.

Large Hall, Cola area, Playground Equipment, Grassed Area and industrial sized kitchen for afternoon tea prep and experiences.

Operates in Before School Care, After School Care & Vacation Care

Operation Times:

- **BSC**: 7am - 9am
- **ASC**: 3pm - 6pm
- **Vac**: 7am - 6pm

**About You**:

- Have similar experience leading an OSHC or ECE Service
- Community Driven & can maintain great community links
- Desirable if you hold a Certificate or Diploma in Children’s services, School Age Care or Recreation
- Desirable if you have experience in the Assessment and Rating process
- You have a natural drive to upskill team
- You have genuine interest in working with children and mentoring educators
- You have a positive attitude and you’re ready to the next step in your career
- **Current ‘CHCPRT001’** - Identify and respond to children and young people at risk’ training (or willingness to obtain
- 1 day training).
- **Current ‘HLTAID012’** - Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting’ Certificate (or willingness to obtain
- 1 day training).
- **Valid and current NSW Paid Working with Children Check.**:

- **Child Safety -** We are looking for someone who understands, adheres, and promotes The National Principles for Child Safe Organizations.
- **COVID-19 Vaccination**: Double Vaccination and can provide proof of vaccination status.
