Position purpose

The Commercial Administrator supports Commercial teammates globally.

Key responsibilities 
Contribute to delivery of Commercial business strategies 
Format and proofread proposals, reports, insights, and other outbound collateral and materials Plan,

organize, and provide administrative support for commercial team events, e.g. meetings, webinars,
briefings, forums, etc. 

Develop PowerPoint decks and other presentation materials 
Complete monthly credit card reconciliation for the General Manager Commercial 
Assist in the maintenance of CO2RE, including updating content as requested 
Liaise with third party providers as required 
Other duties as required

Skills and experience

Essential 
Enthusiastic about addressing climate change and supporting the energy transition 
Accomplished written and verbal communication skills 
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite 
Keen attention to detail 
Ability to advance numerous responsibilities simultaneously

Desirable 
Experience working in a global organisation 
Knowledge of the energy and climate change landscape 
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
