Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Offer product knowledge and styling advice to meet customer needs
- Assist with maintaining store presentation and cleanliness
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Restock shelves and ensure products are well-displayed
- Assist in merchandising and inventory management
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
- Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets

Qualifications:

- Previous retail experience (preferred but not essential)
- Passion for fashion, particularly sneakers and men’s style
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
- Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $23.45 - $30.91 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- On call

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
