**Our Organization and Background**:
We are looking for someone to join our small but prestigious practice. The cornerstone of this position is to develop a rapport and lasting connections with our valuable clients.

Grace and Vision Optometrist is located in the laid back but growing southside suburb of Runcorn, with easy access by car or public transport.

**Responsibilities and Selection Criteria**:

- We are looking for someone passionate about eyewear and style, someone who can cater for our clients growing demands for the most stylish and unique frames, where your new role will include being an eyewear stylist.
- You enjoy dispensing eyewear and have the confidence and panache to go with it. You enjoy creating the personal connections that come with that.
- you are confident and communicate clearly to reassure clients that they are in capable hands.
- You are someone who not only can handle busy and potentially stressful situations but gets fired up at work and will thrive in the face of those challenges

- opening and setting up the practice in the morning, quality control, organizing the workflow of the practice by answering phone calls, making appointments, greeting clients, running diagnostic tests before optometrist consultations.
- Ability to multi-task and keep on top of lots of details.
- You can think on your feet and make sound decisions.
- Previous retail selling experience required.
- Positive outlook, lots of enthusiasm and a ‘can-do’ attitude.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
