We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Change Lead within our Maritime Australia line of business based at our Osborne shipyard in Adelaide. This position reports into our Program Manager - Supply Chain on the Hunter Class Frigate Program (HCFP) who is responsible for overseeing Supply Chain operations, performance and integration.

**Your new role**:
As the Supply Chain Change Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that the organisation is properly managing and reporting on changes. You will do this by making sure the changes go through the correct change boards, making sure we are able to provide the change metrics and continuously developing our processes as we enter the next stage of design, construction through to testing and delivery. In more specific terms you will:
- Manage and lead on the end to end product change process for the Supply Chain from change initiation to embodiment at the Engineering phase as well as end product embodiment
- Ensure that change sentenced through the Change Boards is planned, managed and processed efficiently and effectively from a Supply Chain perspective working across all categories of procurement
- Capture the Impact of Change, through analysis, reporting and active risk management
- Represent at the Product Change Board and other key forums as required including partaking in the discussions as required
- Lead on the timely completion of the Impact Assessments for all product change across all categories of Supply Chain
- Work closely with program stakeholders including Engineering, Program Management, Finance and Operations to enable the effective control of change across the Program
- Provide SCAM & CAM support as required (EAC process etc.) for the Product Change scope
- Support the Supply Chain and Program Change team in developing, documenting and maintaining the Change Management Policy and Processes for the Supply Chain, which meets the current and future Program needs
- Work closely with the all stakeholders to enable the effective control of change across the Supply Chain working closely with our Program Stakeholders and foster a positive collaborative culture between the key project stakeholders and the project team
- Lead, maintain and enhance the Program Change metrics and reporting for Supply Chain
About you

- Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal and an ability to work and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Team orientated with the ability to work with a variety of people

- High attention to detail
- Organisational and problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy with advanced knowledge of MS Suite (desirable)
- Demonstrated self-motivation and a proactive approach to progressing all assigned tasks
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management or Engineering with experience in Change or processes mapping (Desirable)
- Practical experience in supporting change boards and reporting metrics (Desirable)
- Experience in Defence or engineering projects
- Ability to partner with and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to obtain the necessary deliverables
- Familiar with using and Developing PLM tools such as Wind-Chill or other ERP tools
- Demonstrated knowledge of PM disciplines
- Ability to balance conflicting priorities to deliver against customer and business requirements, with appropriate stakeholder management
- Ability to negotiate with and influence internal and/ or external stakeholders in a way which generates business benefit whilst maintaining key relationships
- Hold current Baseline Security Clearance or meet eligibility requirements
As Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain appropriate clearance.
