About the Role

The Public Area Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel's public areas whilst providing the highest level of guest satisfaction in cleanliness and service. We are seeking Public Area Cleaners with open availability across seven days. Alternatively, interested and experienced in working overnight shifts from 10pm - 6am.

Some of the responsibilities include:

- Vacuuming
- Dusting
- Removing rubbish
- Cleaning furniture and fittings
- Visual checking of rooms
- Assist guests with enquiries, directions and special requests
- Perform cleaning and maintenance programs in accordance with departmental timetable/schedules

**Qualifications**:

- Recent Public Areas and/or Housekeeping experience in a similar environment highly regarded
- Ability to work on feet for an extended period of time
- Clear and pleasant communications skills
